Pros

Discount is amazing, you're gonna need it.

Cons

Management never took my claims of harassment seriously and unceremoniously fired me with no notice, when I told them I was going to HR about the issue. I spoke to 3 leads who spoke to management, but nothing was done. They also refused to be flexible with my schedule despite that being part of the incentives to work there on their website. Despite being told that I wouldn't be fired for an excused absence, the reason I was given was that it was unexcused (I went to see a doctor about my anxiety around being harassed at work) I was removed from the system the next day and not alerted to my termination until the end of the week. I was told they would do an "internal investigation" but the person who harassed me is still working there.

Pros

The pay was higher than average compared to other medical dispensaries.

Cons

Low hours. Management is a group of friends, so if they don't like you then you're out of luck. Managers get over 60k a year, while everyone else is below 30k. You do all of the work and the managers get all of the credit. They make you feel bad about not hitting sales goals, but the company fired their whole marketing team and refused to rehire and then expect the average floor employee to go out of their way to tell the community about INSA. On top of this, their base prices are insane compared to other companies. They've been doing up to 50% off on most of their products for well over a year now and it's still not even a decent price. The company is failing. One of the final straws for me was when black history month came around, the company didn't acknowledge it, but when pride month came around, the ceo's sent out a 2 page letter out to everyone explaining how important the LGBtQ community is. I don't have any quarrel with that community, but it was clear to me that Pete and Pat (CEO's) do not care about their black employees as much as they do their LGBTQ employees. Sad world we live in.
