Pros
For the most part, people are good and supportive. Data Science project scopes are OK; more data cleaning and less stats and ML. It's a good first job experience.
Cons
1. Upper management is chaotic and non-transparent. 2. No room to grow internally 3. The data science manager is a complete bully and unprofessional. Many of the data scientists have left the team because of this manager. My suggestion would be to avoid working with him at all cost.
