Pros

Earning potential, growth opportunity, positive work environment, feel good about what you do, helping others, resources to assist in professional and personal life, Corporate Challenge and activities to stay connected, always motivating and empowering each other, work from home opportunity.

Cons

I don't see any major downside to working for this company, the hourly rate could be higher but the earning potential is still there.

Pros

The training program gives you enough time to absorb all the info you need before they start you on the floor. Each day is something new. They go over everything breaking it down from what needs to be said and done by demonstrating with the class and having us to work with partners to learn from each other. From finding out our strengths, weaknesses learning from the mistakes so we can learn how to approach situations with all sorts of customers in a way that will mostly benefit you in & the company really. Pay is great & reasonable. Break room is awesome FREE UNLIMITED COFFEE lol. You can chose when you want your breaks but have to be broken down to fit the time they give you.

Cons

You can NOT mess up the companies policy. If anyone gets hired from here make sure you do take seriousness in their policy & standards.
