We are very open about how we do business – internally and externally – and where we have ever had issues with individuals not following those standards they are asked to leave the company. We also have a positive policy of promoting from within based on written skills assessments, performance reviews and multiple interviews, including panels. Unsuccessful candidates for a role are informed of why they were not chosen at that time and are given advice on what to focus on prior to future roles becoming available. I’m sorry that you were not able to fulfill your potential at InsideOut and we wish you the best in your future professional endeavors.
