We are sorry to hear your time at InsideOut was less than ideal. We are very open about how we do business – internally and externally – and where we have ever had issues with individuals not following those standards they are asked to leave the company. We also have a positive policy of promoting from within based on written skills assessments, performance reviews and multiple interviews, including panels. Unsuccessful candidates for a role are informed of why they were not chosen at that time and are given advice on what to focus on prior to future roles becoming available.
