      Pros

      I enjoyed my time here. The environment is pretty relaxed - coworkers were fun and the open office concept created easy opportunity to get to know and interact with everyone. The benefits were good. Unique clients made for differing projects that typically were pretty cool.

      Cons

      Upper management is not well in the loop with the ongoings of most employees. While most everyone is really nice, it's not the most open and honest environment. Changes within the agency would sometimes go unaddressed to many employees.

      Pros

      The people are incredibly kind, helpful and encouraging. The owners and employees keep the work environment fun and you're guaranteed a few laughs through out the day. The PTO is decent, 3 weeks starting out & 4 weeks after the first calendar year. They also offer anniversary bonuses at 1, 3, 5 & 10 years.

      Cons

      The owners are still heavily involved in a lot of projects and it can be hard to get them into meetings with their busy schedules.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed most of the people and projects I was able to work on. The company culture emphasized fun and bold ideas.

      Cons

      The communication between teams and leadership were not always what they aught to be. Plans would change and key team members were left uninformed until the last minute. They tried to remedy this, but it didn't always work out.
