Pros
The experience is priceless and the people are rather friendly. They provide training for other certificates if necessary and with down time, you are able to read up and practice for these exams.
Cons
Downtime and lack of work often cutting hours and making the situation there seem grim. I enjoy the work but when I'm only there half the week, it seems a bit daunting to create a life for myself here.
