      Pros

      Great people. It's what makes this company run. Enjoyed the work environment with my team. The company is merging with another entity making it even stronger and one of the nation's largest network providers of diagnostic imaging.

      Cons

      The company is in the progress of merging with another diagnostic imaging service provider. As a result there are some cultural transition issues, which will hopefully resolve themselves, once the process is completed.
