Pros

I enjoyed my time at Insight Pest Solutions. The company was very accommodating and has great benefits and perks. Management is friendly and down to earth. Work load is manageable.

Cons

I think they could use a better training policy. You could end up to a job expected to do something you hadn't done before. Generally training was good, but I felt techs could benefit from more thorough training. You may also have to deal with upset customers who aren't happy with the service.

Cons

They don't communicate expectations, important info, or scheduling changes, and blame the employees if they dont find that information themselves. The manager is condescending, passive-aggressive, and unreasonable. Kinda feels like she's on a power trip. I've had 11 managers throughout the jobs I've had and she is the worst by an unbelievable margin. Disorganized workplace, scammy practices, zero desire to help customers, all around just not a good job.
