They don't communicate expectations, important info, or scheduling changes, and blame the employees if they dont find that information themselves. The manager is condescending, passive-aggressive, and unreasonable. Kinda feels like she's on a power trip. I've had 11 managers throughout the jobs I've had and she is the worst by an unbelievable margin.
Disorganized workplace, scammy practices, zero desire to help customers, all around just not a good job.
