As with any agency type company, there is no end of day. A pro and a con, really. Taking care of a client is similar to taking care of a child, never ends if you do it well, but that can be difficult to shut off at end of day.

Poor benefits High school atmosphere that management promotes; so obvious favoritism. Management encourages the gossip and actively participates. No training of any type or career advancement They don’t believe in pay raises of any type, not even the cost of living….zero. So essentially with no pay raises, skill training or career advancement this is a dead end job.
