Caring doctors, managers and staff. Every is friendly and tries their best. Mission statement is repeated everyday.

Afternoons can get busy with all the phone calls and patients coming in after work/school

The doctors are genuinely great doctors with a lot of passion for what they do. The vision therapy department is wonderful.

Place is run incredibly poorly. No HR. Racist, ableist, and homophobic speech between coworkers allowed with no repercussions. Lots of in-fighting between coworkers so there is no sense of trust.
