I have been working in this organization for almost 5 months. One day,i got a call from the HR person from India that i have been fired and i have been given no termination letter and nor they have given me any notice period. I am the sigle earning hand of my family. I have put so many emails and messages but they are not responding.Today i got a call from HR from India that may be she will not be able to help in this matter.I just want from them to credit the salary amount as they have credited the less amount of salary in my account and the difference is around 4000 rs. So i just from them to credit this rest amount of 4000 rs and also comensation as they have fired me immideately.Regarding the reason of firing,obviously they will say about perdormance but the actual reason is that Insilico logix is having a contract with the firm in india in mohali phase 3B2 to provide us the infrastructure meal and tea,but they were not providing good infrastructure regarding the desktop espacially ,ony day my system was not working, i was geeting an error on that and due to that i was unable to work so i was communicated over the phone to sit with a new guy to train them and this sitiation was for 2 days of Thursday and Friday ,as saturday and sunday was off for us so as i came on monday the situation same ,my system was not ok to work but no one cared about my system for these days and finally on tuesday when i came to office , system was reday to work but indian vendor had been scold by US office and on wednesday ,i got a call from HR (Vendor over here ) that i can' t work any more over here. As HR vendor has been scold so they put an option in front of US Office that either to work with me or with them so simply they have fired me..So i have been fired due to Its internal politics betwwen the management.... .. I just want justice in terms of salary and compensation.
