Pros
Very good executive team and structure - clear direction. The team is really high caliber from the engineers, to the data scientists, consultants. everyone here knows their stuff. Leader on consumer packaged good matters so the business has a reputation that is known already. We also get to collaborate a lot with the owners and the customers . Not limited in what we can do. The R&D efforts are really unique when we have time of course to do that! A lot of credible people in the industry want to join the company because we are definitely better, faster, cheaper than other products or solutions on the market.
Cons
It is not easy to be hired and the experience level of your peers are high. A senior engineer here is a CTO at other startups. An intermediate developer is easily a lead at other companies. This is easy for some to embrace, but may not be for others.
