Being an agile exciting SME can sometimes lead to priorities changing on a whim, i think that this has been addressed via the building up of a very experienced, dedicated and supportive senior management team and the focus on building the right team around them combined with a clear and thought out strategy for the business. All I would say is keep this up because it really has a positive impact on the team around you.

Insource is quite a close knit company, the people are lovely and it can very much feel like a family working there. The company has had it's difficulties throughout the years (as have most companies), but it has always been handled with professionalism and valour. Being a small company it is very easy to be noticed, be that if you are doing a good or indeed a bad job, although as is the problem with small companies - there is a limit to how far you can take your career, the opportunities given to prove yourself and progress in this company are second to none.
