The internship offered a chance to understand real-world operations and industry practices.

-The work environment was highly unprofessional and emotionally unsafe. There was frequent verbal abuse from the team leader and some fellow interns. -I was often held accountable for mistakes I did not make, and then expected to manage the fallout directly with customers or vendors without proper support. -The team created confrontational situations that placed me at the receiving end of anger and dissatisfaction, even when I had no involvement in the underlying issues. -During conversations, personal and inappropriate remarks were made, including comments about my family background, which was both disrespectful and unrelated to work performance. -There was no proper mentorship, feedback channel, or HR support to address such treatment, creating a culture of fear, blame, and scapegoating rather than learning.
