Good Field to work in, just not here - Agent Inspect360 Employee Review

I used Inspect 360 approximately 5 years ago and it was a very pleasant experience. Friendly and professional scheduler, prompt and efficient inspection that was VERY thorough, done by Marc. That being said, allow me start by saying that if this review is reported as spam, it is only because that's how the owner of the company, Lance gets rid of any bad reviews. He also asks his employees to do the same to ensure that the public only reads good reviews of the company even if that is a farce. To be clear, I do not work for a competing company so I have no interest in financial gain from this review. From what I have learned, for a while, he seemed like a good employer, and even seemed to care for his employees and customers. It was quickly learned that that was not the case. In the past year, he has fired at least 4 employees out of a business that only has 10 employees, some had been very long term employees. One was fired VIA EMAIL at night after work hours. This particular employee was valued by all the other employees as well as the customers. Just ask any of the local real estate agents around Dallas if they know Tennille at inspect 360 and see if they have anything bad to say. Another employee, who was the supervisor for all the other employees turned in his two week notice. Upon hearing this, Lance decided decided to tell EVERYONE (including other employees) that he was retiring, in order to save face with employees and customers. If I'm not mistaken he is now attempting to block that same employee from being able to do any work in the real estate field, which basically renders him unable to work in the field he's been in for over 10 years. Another employee was fired after refusing to come to work on his day off. When the employee told Lance he could not make it after being called to come in, he was fired OVER THE PHONE. While the inspectors with the company generally do good work and are trustworthy, it would behoove you to ask the owner how and which of his inspectors are "Certified Master Inspectors" and how some of them could have that certification when they in fact have not completed the required pre requisites for this. They were declared as certified, or at least the company website insinuates that they are. All of the above is true, although major details have been left out as Lance has been proven to be vindictive and will literally try to ruin the lives of or sue former employees if they don't do exactly as he would have them do. Lucky for me I do not for him anymore. I simply know pretty much everyone involved in the company so all of the above can be proven as fact. If you really want to find out this company, ask a former employee.
