      Awesome people, and the work is fulfilling. Refreshing to work at a startup where folks are both driven to succeed and make an impact, but also understand that there's more to life than just work. The company is also on a great trajectory and has a clear path forward.

      Easy to use and friendly app based platform. Good communication.

      Cons

      Non-licensed inspectors earn much less than licensed inspectors, and receive less job offers, jobs can require distance of travel more than 2 hours round trip.
