      Pros

      Company is growing , doubling this year, with a healthy culture. Humble team and strong collaboration across the org, no room for egos. The company is remote-first but brings everyone together a couple times a year and has done a good job bringing in talented teammates.

      Cons

      No cons but definitely not the place for someone that is not used to working in a startup environment.

      Pros

      Great people to work with and learn from, they went out of their way to accomodate me during some tough times, and their People Team are very helpful and do a great job and organizing events, managers that were always willing to help you grow, and a great PM.

      Cons

      Completely remote means I wasn't able to have actual coffee/water cooler face time with employees once in awhile, but we did a company get together in person every year.
