Pros
- The company gets better every year (e.g. health insurance out of pocket has been going down as the company matures.)
- Josh, Sung, and Chris all recognize their own missteps and makes changes accordingly.
- This is not a traditional fleet management company (thank god), despite FMC people who have been hired here wanting it to be. This means there will be strategy changes as the company figures out what the market needs.
- Solid record of ethical bonus payout. I've worked at places where the company will do everything in their power to not pay out.
- Company is has closed big customers.
Cons
- There is a specific team that truly does nothing except create lists of work for other people to do. They're completely unproductive, toxic, and it impacts other teams. They seem to have some sort of political protection from producing results or experiencing consequences.
- Benefits are slightly expensive despite their costs having come down as mentioned above.
- People generally don't want to tell Josh unfiltered thoughts. I'm not sure why because he's a friendly and approachable guy, but I think his title scares people.
- There are too many VP's without any actual domain ownership and these people often think their job is to delegate (not produce). They should be titled as IC's.
