New CEO and COO have no clue. Spend 24hrs a day in Salesforce looking for why business has dropped 50% since they got there. More Micro-Management is always the best way to solve problems!! It is also a great idea for the CEO to email statistics to your sales team about companies that fire the bottom 50% of their sales team every quarter. Stay clear, they are a mess. None of the internal departments get along. Everyone out to throw someone under the bus. Watch what you say to HR, everything goes right to management.
