We are also pleased to know that you feel well supported within your role through regular discussions with your line manager, where I'm sure you will have opportunities to review your progress, agree priorities and discuss other ways in which we can ensure that you have the knowledge and the skills to enable you to do your job well. We have endeavored to develop what we hope is a consistent and informative Onboarding process, and one which is available to those joining us remotely or locally. We have broken the Induction training up into bite-sized pieces so we are sorry to hear that you have found the training to be long. Happy to take this on board.
