Pros
One of those companies that move at 100 mph and offer great opportunities for anyone who is up for a challenge. I was constantly pushed way beyond what i could handle in terms of complexity and learned a lot during my time here.
Cons
Honestly the cons are the same as the pros if you don't keep up with the speed at which the company is moving. There are so many people there that are willing to take on more responsibility as the company grows that if you are not on your toes all the time it might be hard to keep up with the pace.
