      Pros

      None, well we did have quarterly employee luncheons, that were MANDATORY, and OFF the clock!

      Cons

      Everything, no company tools, no scheduled evaluation, no room for advancement, pay was terrible, and as a certified welder, all I did was sweep and pick up trash.

      I can’t think of any cons about the business other than the amount of temp people to enter in payroll.
