Instant has been a great place to work so far. A startup with funding in place, management that has a history of successfully launching other companies, a great business model, and is seeking to make the world a better place. Instant is seeking to "Empower Working Lives". We have a new way of doing payrole that enables employees to get todays pay today when they need it. So they're able to pay their bills without late fees, payroll loans, etc. Management moves at an aggressive pace, while respecting and listening to their employees. Employees are able to work very flexible hours, so long as they can get the work done. Ontario employees work from home too!
Cons
Team has Staff in Montreal, Vancouver, Tampa FL, and Ontario. So while we are in constant communication on Slack and have regular team calls, face-to-face doesn't happen as often as would be nice.
