      The people here are passionate about what they do and take the time to train and instruct new employees.

      Cons

      It's a very small company, I think it needs to expand a bit more.

      Pros

      Learn a lot, a bit laid back and the coworkers are very helpful in getting you started. Good work environment and challenging projects. You learn all aspects of projects that you wouldn't at a bigger company.

      Cons

      Very small. It is also located in not so great an area of Baltimore City, benefits are not the best
