Outdated systems, processes and facilities result in poor quality products that are constantly being returned by customers. 3. Pay has been pretty much frozen since 2009. 4. It's a subsidiary of Elbit Systems of Israel, a company and country which are not universally popular at the best of times which might explain why Instro has had protesters on its roof more than once over the last couple of years.
