Pros

1. The tea and coffee are free.

Cons

1. Senior management are incapable of planning and executing anything instead preferring to leave everything to the last moment and then bully or micromanage staff into doing as they say. This happens on a regular basis and staff are expected to work unpaid overtime to sort out the mess. The result is stress, burn out and a continuous stream of resignations, sackings and people pushed out under compromise agreements. 2. Outdated systems, processes and facilities result in poor quality products that are constantly being returned by customers. 3. Pay has been pretty much frozen since 2009. 4. It's a subsidiary of Elbit Systems of Israel, a company and country which are not universally popular at the best of times which might explain why Instro has had protesters on its roof more than once over the last couple of years.
