      Great flexibility. Some weekday hours are required to make calls. Write ups can be done anywhere, anytime.

      Cons

      Quantity of audits is not consistent. High volume and low volume periods occur with no warning or predictability. Difficult to maintain a regular income.

      Company has a wonderful onboarding program. Great hourly rate for virtual work. Plenty of inventory to keep me busy. Flexible work schedule. Software is top notch.

      No cons. I am referring other auditors to apply.

      Remote based is the only pro

      Cons

      Racist supervisor , if you are African American do not apply . Unfair treatment , micro-aggression from the customer service supervisor. If you speak up about how you are spoken to and treated as an African American you will be fired asap. The unfairness is thick and presented right in your face. Worse experience I’ve ever endured.
