Pros
Especially in the technology group, there is a great deal of opportunity to learn and grow. There are chances for advancement, and a great cohesive team atmosphere. We embrace the idea that we will all succeed if we work together, and work hard to make sure we share the same goals. There is a great work/life balance, and a solid understanding of the importance of professional development.
Cons
There is not enough effort put towards building a common set of goals for the company. Individual teams function separately, and not enough time is spent building bridges so the whole company can work together. There is also a lack of emphasis placed on important foundations, such as process and documentation.
