Pros
There are no pros working here. The horrible reviews are true and the response by Insyght here is just another lie perpetuating the phony Insyght "standard". I have been in the workforce for over 25 years, and Insyght has the highest attrition rate of any business I have experienced. Managerial strategy is to play the "blame-game", and never take responsibility for incompetence. Even worse, management runs operations from off-site and publicly humiliates employees for their own failures such that staff work in constant fear.
Cons
Work in a poisonous environment in a grey cubicle! Have meetings about meetings! Work hours 7:30-4:30! Absolutely no vacation time for first 2 years on employment! Owner CEO never around and has no idea how operations are really run!
