      Great opportunity because it is a small company and have alot of room to grow. Salary is above average and generous Internal opportunities being offered to internal employee before being opened out

      No progression unless you change to an internal job Management and process are not in place

      The software development organization for the mediation group is a great place to learn and contribute. No BS just good, smart people with great leadership.

      Cons

      Outside of the development org, company politics trump performance or customer satisfaction.
