Pros
Work from home, flex schedule, no on call, provide you with laptop/cell phone and printer.
Cons
No mileage reimbursement. Must use own vehicle. They add a taxed "travel allowance" of $425 per month to your salary. So you actually only get about $359 after taxes no matter how many miles you put on your vehicle. Terrible job security. Managed on a fly by night style. Management promotes based on who they are friends with, or if someone is family, not on qualifications. Cold calls. Low pay for work load and only a couple hundred bucks for a bonus, if any. One of the most unprofessional companies for which I've ever been employed.
