Toxic, nepotistic working environment. You will find quick your colleagues are all looking to leave. Management at the middle level are out their depth and show zero ability to manage a hostile and depressing work environment. Senior management are numb to the serious problems the company faces. You will be subjected to daily ridicule from external stakeholders and there will not be a support network around you . Once you're trained (by a decreasing number of 'experienced' CSMs) you will be left on your own for mediocre pay. If you like your mental health and ambitious to move on in your career then look elsewhere. Keep looking - something better will come along.
