      Pros

      I've worked at IntegraMSP for over 2 years at this point, and can confidently say it is the most accommodating and organized company I've ever worked for. They bend their own back to assure you have everything you need. The company-culture is extremely inviting and friendly. You will actually be challenged while working, where as every other job in the MSP field I've worked have you doing the same thing over and over again for years Most importantly, the owner cares about the direction of your career; after working for the company for ~1.5 years, I expressed to the owner the direction I'd like my career to go, and within the month, was put onto multiple projects that help me learn or bolster my abilities into that direction.

      I have nothing truly negative to say about working for IntegraMSP.

      Thank you for the kind words! After implementing our employee training program a little over 1.5 years ago it has been wonderful seeing everyone take advantage of this to grow their skills.

      Pros

      Ample opportunity to expand your skillset and progress in your IT career. New challenges every day to keep you on your toes. Open and accepting atmosphere that promotes learning and honing new skills. Engaging team structure with a focus on mentoring and coaching lower tier roles. Management listens attentively to your concerns and suggestions and works with you to make the necessary changes on your behalf. If there is one discipline of IT that you are more interested in, management will work with you to ensure you are put on the projects and tickets that are relevant to the work experience you desire. A place for endless opportunity so long as you are not afraid to ask!

      Cons

      Not as many benefits as larger corporations, however this is offset with career/growth opportunities.
