High expectations for growth take time and continuous learning and investment in oneself by everyone. Human nature is to be resistant to change so it can be frustrating for those that are complacent.

Its a good work env and very laid back. Nice people, Great colleagues who are very helpful. They hire entry level candidates as well as their entire release is based on the commands develop by devops. So everyone has to start from the scratch. THe salary is alright with proper increment every year.

The work is super easy and not very challenging. The career growth opportunity is very limited. if you are a kind of person who likers laid back work with not too much stress then this is the perfect place. HR is a huge issue so you have to send multiple emails and call before you receive a response which is kinda annoying.
