Pros

Generally good benefits, exposure to utility and analytics industries, some really good people there. Pretty good work/life balance with workday flexibility.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work, but most of the people who made it great have left now. They've been replaced by people with overinflated egos. The software developers used to be top notch, building great products. Not so much anymore.

With all due respect to this former employee, and their right to post a review on Glassdoor, our team includes new developers this former employee has never met, and long-tenured developers who have built incredible new products in 2021. All top-notch. Our company is stronger today than we were one year ago, five years ago, and ten years ago. We will continue to innovate towards a clean, reliable, and resilient electric grid. Pros

- Incredibly smart and talented employees. - Streamlined and efficient development process. - A lot of focus on R&D, but nearly everything you do does see the light of day. It's rewarding to see your work out in the real world. - A wealth of industry knowledge - Excellent culture, great work environment - Room for incredible growth. The right team is in place.

Cons

- Sales force is lacking. Because everyone is so busy making products, there isn't enough emphasis on new business. - Organization is relatively flat (which is only a con as far as career advancement and titles go)

Pros

Successful product in an interesting market. A lot of autonomy in the casual work environment means room for personal development for the initiated.

Cons

The autonomy comes with a lack of accountability, direction, vision and support from Senior Management. Products are stale and meaningful development is inefficient and slow.
