Pros

You can quickly earn vacation time. Vacation and Sick time are kept separate. I shared an office with two other individuals and the personality dynamic was great. My supervisor was supportive of my work. One year I received a bonus.

Cons

There is not room for advancement. The pay was very low, which is why I left. This was a very top heavy company. The second year of employment, I did not receive a bonus, but the CEO received a 10 K bonus approved by the board.

Great direct supervisor, flexible schedule, decent PTO

Cons

Low pay, not great health insurance, poor short term disability coverage, lots of vehicle wear and tear; lack of feeling appreciated, understood or respected by upper level management
