Fake reviews on glassdoor Owners/directors are tyrants Family run, your opinion and experience do not matter. Verbal abuse and embarrassment on the floor by CEO Poor quality products marketed as UK produced/packages. Extremely unrealistic expectations No concern for your well being or family No opportunity for growth Regular firings to keep people in line Policy of hiring foreign staff and paying little Sexual comments made to women, including from management. Management will force you to do what they say and blame you when it doesn't work 20 years of experience in the field? 6 months of college 20 years ago says you are wrong.
