8yThanks for your input. Our average employee retention rate is 4 years. Our average client retention is 5+ years and some clients have been with us over 10. We have grown steadily and selectively for the past 25 years. We are highly selective about who we bring on board and our probation period is designed to ensure that there is a good fit all around.
