Management is open to new ideas, communication across teams is great and support is always available. Business outlook looks good as we are staying on top of new technologies and growing.

I really don't have any cons.. any ideas for improvement are open to discuss with management and will be implemented if they hold weight. Previously there was more workload but expanding headcounts have alleviated that.
