      Coworkers. A few members of management cared but not many

      Cons

      The entire team felt underpaid and micromanaged. Sometimes youd work a full week and then get stuck working 10 hours a day Saturday and Sunday. They gave back 1/2 as comp time. They had meetings with the goal of finding every mistake made so it could be used against you during raise discussions.
