Some of the best reasons to work here; They do not waste your time with a bunch of meetings. For me, in bigger corporations, I found they would have so many meetings that accomplished so little, taking a day to give you 45 minutes of real helpful information. At Iotec they focus more on high payoff activities, to make you and the company more successful. Also, I can get top level approvals in minutes, not in days or weeks.
