I'm sorry you haven't felt that leadership at IWS has cared about the folks on the job site.
In 2023 we created an incentive program for field crews to reward them and thank them for job performance that exceeds expectations.
In 2023, we also instituted a monthly town hall with all employees to keep everyone informed about what is going on in the business. During the town halls we strive on recognizing employees throughout the company and answer any questions that employees across the company may have.
And in 2024 we have put a formal review and annual increase program in place so that the folks across the company get feedback on their performance, set goals for the new year, and receive a pay increase based on last year's performance.
If there are other things that we can do to better support folks in the field, please let me know. I'm all ears.
