Pros
Fantastic team that looks out for each other, helps each other grow and learn, and treats each other like family. A smaller size is a huge plus to me. It means more flexibility to do your job in the way that you work best, having a better feel for the overall direction of your team and the company as a whole, and more transparency. While the company is based out of Lexington, MA, almost all of my team works remotely, and travel is truly minimal. This provides obvious benefits to work/life balance and time management. Not only are we encouraged to keep up with the latest technologies and advancements via provided training opportunities and internal product evaluations, we often get the opportunity to work on some of the more cutting edge deployment scenarios in customer engagements, putting this new knowledge into practice. Finally, salary and benefits are strong, and finish out a compelling story for what makes this such a desirable team to be a part of.
Cons
As can be a challenge with any remote position, it can be a bit difficult to learn the other business areas within the company from a distance. Not much else that has stood out to me as downsides at this point.
