      The people that I work with every day are really wonderful people. The company is growing and seems to be doing very well. This company is also very family friendly.

      Cons

      Would like better benefits. The company doesn't match the 401K and the health insurance is expensive to cover your family.

      Pros

      I2R is a great company that really stands behind its core values and principles. Management is supportive, engaged and encourages teamwork and accountability. The atmosphere is phenomenal, upbeat and positive. Be prepared to hit the ground running, as the pace is very fast. The I2R team is innovative, nimble and very creative.
