I love that Integrity places realistic caseload expectations with an emphasis on serving our families and doing that excellently. The work-life balance they provide is unparalleled and they truly care about the team.
Cons
It is a smaller company than others, but this actually tends to lead to better collaboration and a different kind of closeness with colleagues that you don't see elsewhere.
