* approx 70% turnover of staff in 7 months including key staff and referral partners (about 12 out of approx 18 have moved on) * majority of employees have not been paid their super for FY 2014/2015 and current financial year. We are still waiting (number of complaints submitted to ATO) * company does not meet many of its Fair Work / Award requirements for some of the staff (with many formal complaints lodged with the Fair Work Ombudsman) * Places Real Estate Sales staff who have never worked in the industry on commission only terms (note the law requires that an agent must have been working in the Industry for a min of 12 Months before this can happen)

Great co workers, however many have left the company

1. Still waiting for overdue superannuation to be paid 2. Employment conditions changed without consultation or agreements. 3. Doesn't provide paid annual leave, sick days or public holidays to sales staff. 4. Extremely high turn over of staff due to workplace conditions and pressure.
