      Nice community feel, works with the work from home movement but is stingy with allowing it. Work-life balance can be okay. Nice people.

      Cons

      Expected to have long days occasionally No training Stingy with working from home. Management seems scambled. Not much room for growth in pay.

      Pros

      Relax, Work-life balance are pretty good. WFH 1 day per week and half day off every Friday.

      Cons

      Multifamily are the mean business, Pretty low profit margin, meaning you are not going to make much money as well. PM will be the end for you most likely. And you will probably stick with wood design for most of your career.
