      good benefits (pto/insurance) many opportunities for growth diverse management team

      None specifically. I would love the idea of more hybird work schedules, but their current WFH policy is great.

      Pros

      Relax, Work-life balance are pretty good. WFH 1 day per week and half day off every Friday.

      Cons

      Multifamily are the mean business, Pretty low profit margin, meaning you are not going to make much money as well. PM will be the end for you most likely. And you will probably stick with wood design for most of your career.
