It was a job. Made some good friends. Worked with some very smart people.

Not a security company. It's a sales company. Sell first, worry about it later. Supporting the product? Didn't consider that. Lie to everyone shall be the whole of the law. Would make their own mothers redundant if they thought they weren't making enough money for the company. No loyalty to their staff. Not enough training. More likely to push a ten year old illegal copy of training material on you than pay for new training. Over all, not seen well in the actual Irish security community. All the super fun Friday's in the world won't you make feel better about your job. The image of the company comes first. Dress to impress, don't work to impress. Every employee is a sales person.

I found joy here from day one, the welcome desks for all new starters make you feel so welcomed by the team. The office space was carefully designed to create a great working environment, where you have everything you need to work efficiently. There is an abundance of breakfast options which is such a treat and not something I have ever seen at any other company I have worked for. The team have a passion for making incredible coffee and they are competitive about it, which is super fun. Also making coffee during the work day is such a great brain break before getting super focused on your tasks. The office environment is quiet and the team are so respectful of their peers in meetings, but there are enough bubbles of chattering to connect the growing team. Wordle at 12 everyday gets some more competitive spirits fighting for the top spot and also having a good laugh with those who struggled with the various puzzles for the day (wordle, globle, numble and obsessie). Your Monday blues are taken care of as the office team sort you out with a hot breakfast option, or a smoothie for our fitter friends, and on Fridays there is free lunch to enjoy together, which is such a great way to connect with teams. There is such an amazing culture in this space and I am grateful to be part of it.
