Pros
It's great stepping stone for a career within Cyber Security. They looked good from the outside looking in, but that is far from the truth! Before the takeover from Ian Brown, it was a great culture and people were happy.
Cons
I have a few to list: A CEO that is overly controlling, most of the departments heads lacked direction and authority. It was very much dependant on what his Majesty wanted to do and they will run around like headless chickens to fulfill his demands. Promotional opportunities limited, some people have stayed years in the same spot, with no salary increase and there was no where for us to move up nor where management able to help us get there. Management are just Yes Men to the CEO, Salaries are LOW compared to what other competitors are offering. They forced us to be the office full time with no flexibilty, post covid most companies have offered flexibility but not Integrity360. Only the sales departmen will get a light shined on them during company updates, other departments will never get the same recognition or praised for.
